Does this website book rentals or process payments?
No. The website helps owners and visitors connect. Availability, terms, reservations, payments, and sales are arranged directly between the parties.
How can an owner list a week?
Use List My Condo and complete the established submission process. Rental listings are $50 and sale listings are $75; listings expire one year after posting.
How do I edit or remove an existing listing?
Email foster@taggarch.com with the listing details and requested change.
How current are listings?
The search shows active, paid listings posted within the last year. Always confirm current availability and terms with the owner.
