SanibelCottagesResort.com was developed as the “Owner’s Website” in 2006 for Sanibel Cottages Owners to list their units for rent and/or for sell and for non-owners to rent and/or buy units directly to Sanibel Cottages Owners. The Owner’s Website developed voluntarily by Charley and Chuck Foster and was never intended to replace other resources for Sanibel Cottages Owners to sell/rent/exchange their units.

Yes, you can!!!! Click "edit your listing" above to start the process. Listings can also be deactivated by the owner by clicking "edit your listing" above.

A rental listing costs $25 per year.

A sale listing costs $50 per year.

"Condos for Sale" listing are active on the website for 1 year from date of listing.

"Condos for Rent" listing are active on the website from date of listing until the last date of the listed week.

Owners can deactivate their listing by clicking the “edit your listing” tab and by following the steps indicated.

Do I need to relist my listing and pay the listing fee if I still have a existing listing on www.sanibelcottagesresort.com?

No. You have been "Grandfathered in" until your 1 year anniversary date which is 1 year after the date you initially listed your unit.
